Organizing saves

How to organize hundreds of saved Reels and TikToks

Nobody goes back through 600 saved Reels. The fix isn't better folders - TikTok Favorites and Instagram Collections are already folders. It's pulling the places out so you never need to open the videos again.

How to organize saved Reels and TikToks

  1. 1

    Stop sorting saves by video

A folder per city still makes you rewatch everything. Sort by place instead.

  2. 2

Work back from your next trip

Skip the backlog. Search your saves for the city you're going to next and pin only those.

  3. 3

    Share the travel ones out

Send each travel save to Pospot and leave the recipes and memes where they are.

  4. 4

Let your map do the sorting

Once a save is a pin, it sits on the map next to everything nearby. Filter by country or tag, or sort by distance.

  5. 5

Save as you go, not in batches

From now on, share new finds straight to Pospot instead of tapping save.

Why the saves folder gets away from you

Saving takes one tap and costs nothing, so you save everything. Finding takes minutes and happens at the worst moment: hungry, on the street, on bad signal.

Any system that needs you to rewatch videos later will lose.

Don't try to clear the whole backlog

Clearing 600 saves in one sitting won't happen. Pin the places for the trip you have coming up; the rest can wait until there's a reason.

Organize saved TikToks by place, not by video

A pin keeps what the video was for: the name, where it is, if it's open, how good it is, and a link back to the video for the creator's tip.

Everything else in the video, you can let go of.

Common questions

How do I organize hundreds of saved TikToks?

Don't try to do it all at once. Pin the places for your next trip, and send new saves straight to a map from now on.

Can I bulk import my saves folder?

Not yet. Instagram and TikTok don't let other apps read your saves, so you add each link yourself. A round-up video pins all its places at once.

Will I lose the original video?

No. Every pin links back to the post it came from.
